We release a new 28-day Shred and Gainz the first week of each month.
Each program includes a video intro with general instructions as well as a downloadable cheat sheet with detailed instructions.
Shred emphasizes fat loss while Gainz emphasizes muscle gain. Start with the original program and once complete, take a week or two to explore other workouts. Then proceed to 2.0 and so forth. The first day you joined, you should have received an email with some programming suggestions, here it is for your reference.
