💥BICEPS & TRICEPS CIRCUITS! This was my #FlexFriday workout this week and it was an awesome arms sesh. As always, modify with whatever equipment you have access to. The pump is always extra precious on Fridays due to my higher carb intake 🍟🍕🍦and a subsequent super-compensation effect that comes from the previous 6 lower carb days. At this point it's still bro-science 💪👨‍🔬, but I personally believe this is one of the big benefits of strategically cycling your carbs. It's also how I can lose fat and build muscle at the same time without counting calories or weighing my food like some fucking scientist. ------------------------------------
BICEPS CIRCUIT

Perform each move for max reps in 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between moves:
