11-12-17: 15-Minute Recovery Circuit

15-MINUTE RECOVERY WORKOUT! You definitely can't train hard everyday, but you can do some type of training every day. I was definitely NOT feeling up to an intense workout yesterday so I did this 15-minute recovery circuit instead. It gave me a nice little metabolic boost, some core workout, and mobility. I'm using the premium sideboard from @ultraslide but modify with whatever equipment you have access to. The whole point of this routine is get blood pumping throughout your body and take your joints through a full range of motion. Today I feel great and I'm ready to really get after it.

  • 2 minutes sliding burpees
  • 1 minute skater slides
  • 2 minutes sliding burpees + mountain climbers
  • 1 minute skater slides
  • 2 minutes sliding lunges from deficit (1 minute/side)
  • 1 minute skater slides
  • 2 minutes sliding 1-leg burpees (1 minute/side)
  • 1 minute skater slides
  • 2 minutes pikes
  • 1 minute skater slides
