🔥2-MINUTE KILLER CORE COMBO! Try hitting these 2 core moves back to back for an awesome abs workout. Both drills teach your core muscles to prevent spinal extension to bulletproof your back. They also work your arms, shoulders, chest, and lats.
1a. Sliding Single-Arm Pushups @ max reps in a minute
1b. Ab Slideouts @ max reps in a minute
That's 1 round. Do 2-4 rounds resting 1-2 minutes between rounds.
I'm using the best-in-class slideboard from @ultraslide but you can modify with whatever options you have access to: fitness sliders, furniture sliders on carpet, socks on wooden floor, etc.
