YOUR ONE-MONTH MOBILITY JUMP-START!
Each day BJ will be sharing his favorite mobility, massage, and recovery drills that you can do right in front of your TV. All you need to commit to is one mobility move per day for 5-10 minutes. If you want to improve your exercise performance, accelerate your recovery, and reduce your risk of injury, this stuff is a must.
Once you complete this program, you can either repeat it indefinitely and/or try the other content offered in the Foundations category. You can also focus more on a fewer drills that you need more work on.
All of these moves can be used pre or post-workout. For best results, do the mobility drills pre-workout or immediately upon waking and the self-massage drills post-workout or before bed.
