28-Day Sore to the Core PROGRAM
This one-month program features a full-blown core training workout you can do at least once per week and up to 3 times per week to shred your stomach and bulletproof your back and shoulders. It's ideally performed on off-days for active recovery between your normal SHRED or GAINZ workouts. There are 3 unique parts to the workout: core strength supersets, core training circuits, and a core-crushing finisher. And even though this is a 28-day program, this workout can be repeated almost indefinitely due to the nature of the exercise progressions and the importance of core stability.
