3-Ways to Make Fried Cheese!

This meal prep vid shows 3-ways to make fried cheese:

  • Halloumi Cheese Pancakes with Calorie-Free Syrup
  • Bread Cheese Marinara
  • Fried Cheese Salad

Please keep in mind that cheese is a higher fat protein source so your fat content will be significantly higher than normal if you're using the cheese alone to hit your minimum per meal protein requirement of 30-40 grams. So either use these options as a side dish for some extra fat and protein or make sure your other meals that day are a bit lower in fat (and definitely don't involve cheese again). You could also use the larger portion sizes for a cleaner #FuckItMeal, especially if you don't tolerate carbs very well.
