Low-Carb Avocado Toast

Here's a delicious and nutritious anytime snack or meal that was inspired from our recent trip to SoCal. We're using the lower-carb, higher-fiber, higher-protein KNOW Foods "Slices" for a normal lower-carb #ProteinAndProduce meal. You could also use higher-carb sprouted grain bread to turn this into a #ProteinAndProducePLUS meal. Both options work, baby!
