This is the second installment and a new & improved version of our flagship mobility program to celebrate the 1-Year Anniversary of TheDailyBJ.com. Your task is to perform a minimum of 10 minutes of the prescribed mobility work each night while watching TV. This 14-day mobility & recovery program can be repeated indefinitely as it will address your whole body over the course of the fortnight.
