Sand Dunes Workout


Today this guy spent more time in the sand than David Hasselhoff! The sand is like a steep hill on steroids. Low-impact on the joints but high impact on the muscles 💪🏼 & metabolism 🔥. 

I did 5 climbs up & down for time. Modify the number of climbs based on the degree of incline, length of hill, and terrain. Set the clock to see how long it takes you to complete this and try to beat that time from session to session. Enjoy!
