The sled is an amazing conditioning tool that's easy on the joints. It's also a great way to train your lower body if you hate or avoid leg day. Combine it with pushups and chinups and you've got an unparalleled total body fat loss circuit.
Perform max rounds for time of the following 4-exercise circuit in 10-30 minutes based on your schedule and fitness level:
1. 20-25 yards Sled Push
2. 30 Pushups in as few sets as possible
3. 20-25 yards Sled Pull
4. 10 Chinups in as few sets as possible
